2QD30A17K-I is a compact dual-channel driver developed in-house by Bronze Technologies for high-reliability applications. Its pin-layout and functions are fully compatible with Infineon 2ED300C17-S drivers.

2QD30A17K-I is suitable for IGBT modules up to 1700V. Combined with proper peripheral circuits, it can realize multi-level and parallel connection solutions.
