1QP0650V45-Q is a single channel, high power, high insulation voltage, compact driver composed of our ASIC chipset and CPLD chip design. It is designed for IGBT modules with crimping package below 4500V. The drive core board is fixed on the power unit shell or specially designed fixed base.
