2QP0435Txx-x2x

2QP0435Txx-x2x is a dual-channel driver designed based on our self-developed ASIC chip for medium power and high reliability applications.

The 2QP0435Txx-x2x is suitable for the two parallel schemes of the EconoDual package IGBT module at 1700 V and below. The plug-and-play function enables the drive board to be directly welded to the IGBT, and there is no need for transfer processing, which can safely and reliably drive and protect the IGBT module.
