                       2CP0220T12-xxxx driver is a dual-channel, high-reliability driver designed based on CPLD digital chip and our ASIC original secondary driver chip, which is applied to motor drive, high-power power supply and other fields.
The 2CP0220T12-xxxx driver is suitable for 1200V 62mm packaged SiC MOSFET or IGBT module. This driver supports plug-and-play and can be directly plugged into SiC MOSFET or IGBT module without reconnecting.
