2CP0315Txx-Q is a dual-channel, high-reliability driver designed for motor drives and high-power SMPS applications.

2CP0315Txx-Q is ideal for various topologies constructed with 1200V&1700V 62mm-packaged SiC MOSFET modules. The plug-and-play function allows direct soldering of the driver board on the SiC MOSFET module, eliminating the necessity for an adapter.
