1QP0335V(S)xx-Q is a high-performance digital driver developed for high-voltage high-power IGBTs. Digital control optimizes IGBT switching performance and provides optimal protection for IGBTs.

1QP0335V(S)xx-Q driver is suitable for a variety of topologies built from 4500V and below IHV packaged IGBT modules. The plug-and-play function enables the driver board to be directly fixed on the IGBT without transfer processing.
