Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China issued a notice on proposing the 2021 key project of Energy Storage and Smart Grid Technology for the national key research and development plan. The subproject "Key Technologies for High-Voltage and High-Power Turn-off Device Driver Chips" is led by Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute, and participated by Bronze Technologies, Tsinghua University, China Southern Power Grid Research Institute, Yandong Microelectronics, and CRRC Times Semiconductor.

In this subproject, Bronze Technologies is mainly responsible for the research on on-chip EMI suppression methods based on power mirroring layout, spectrum diffusion and low-inductance packaging, as well as low-loss and high-density output structure and high thermal conduction non-bonding packaging technology.
