BTD21520 is an isolated dual-channel gate driver with peak 4-A source current and peak 6-A sink current.It isolates primary-side from secondary-side by a 5k Vrms reinforced isolation barrier.

Internal functional isolation between the two secondary-side output channels allows a operating voltage of up to 1850 VDC. The driver can be configured as two low-side drivers, two high-side drivers, or a half-bridge driver with programmable dead time (DT). Certain models include disable (DIS) pin. When the DIS pin is set high, it shuts down both outputs simultaneously. When the DIS pin is left open or grounded, it allows the device to operate normally.
